Das Programming-Tool ist ein Programmiergerät, das zur Parametrierung von Encodern dient. Es kommt entweder bei Inkremental- oder bei Absolut-SSI-Encodern zum Einsatz. PC-basierte Programming-Tools sind z.B. PGT-08-S oder Handheld-Geräte, z.B. PGT-10-P.
