    You have graduated and have a good qualification, you are open to the new and have the confidence to prove yourself straight away in a real working environment: This is the opportunity that direct entry gives you. To start with, we familiarize you with many aspects of our corporate world in an introductory seminar. And to make your first months a little easier, a mentor will be there to help you right from day one: as a companion and your first port of call for all your questions. The support you receive from this experienced colleague will be of enormous help to you as you find your feet in our company and get to know what we do and how we work.

    SensorING – The program for your career start.

    SensorING is the name of our induction program for qualified and motivated graduates. At the start of the program, you will have a permanent employment contract and, as a "SensorING" trainee, you will complete a number of specially tailored modules over the course of 12 months. Get to know an international high-tech company from a variety of perspectives and take an active part in developing and optimizing technically fascinating, sophisticated sensor products and a broad palette of services.

    During the first three months, you will learn all about your own specialist area and be introduced to all aspects of your activities. In the second module, you will work together intensively with areas that interact closely with your own and assume responsibility for your own tasks. In the third module, you will get to know another specialist area or – depending on the projects and tasks in which you are currently involved – one of our national or international subsidiaries.
