Purpose of processing the data As a company, we constantly make every effort to tailor our products, tools, processes and services to your wishes and requirements. For this reason, we carry out regular surveys on a wide range of subjects. Our customer satisfaction surveys are personalized. Your personal data are used to increase your satisfaction with us.

We process your feedback so that we can continuously improve our products, tools, processes and services.
We do not collect any personal data from anonymous surveys, so it is not possible for us to invade your privacy. Surveys that are not anonymous are clearly indicated as such. The data are collected and processed only for the stated purposes. Participation in all our surveys is voluntary which means that by not taking part you can object to your personal data being collected.

Consequences of failure to provide data You are not legally or contractually required to provide your personal data. If you choose not to provide these data, you will not be able to take part in the survey.
Storage period

Anonymous surveys:
The results of the survey will be stored and analyzed anonymously. No personal data will be stored.

 

Customer satisfaction surveys:
The results of the survey will be stored and analyzed in relation to each person. This means that your responses to customer satisfaction surveys can be traced back to you. In the case of customer satisfaction surveys, your personal data will be deleted as soon as we have contacted you and resolved your concerns. If you do not want us to contact you, your personal data will be deleted immediately after the data collection process has been completed.

Source of the data If you have consented to receiving marketing material from us, we will use your contact details from our customer database to invite you to take part in surveys. All other data are collected directly from you during the survey.
