The Modular Quality Control System is able to solve diverse control tasks to ensure the quality of products and processes. These include reading codes in order to count objects or compare them with reference values, as well as testing shapes and volumes with 3D sensors. It is based on a modular hard and software concept with combinable basic functions, which can be supplemented by application-specific software modules and hardware components. Therefore, the implementation of individual requirements becomes possible. The MQCS is particularly suitable as an easy to integrate stand-alone solution, in order to upgrade existing systems.
