Initial installation and commissioning are key phases of customer projects. During these stages it is particularly important to have effective cooperation between SICK, the system integrator, and the customer. That is why SICK offers on-site start-up support for initial installation work. This allows the customer to work with an experienced SICK service technician and make any desired system settings and adjustments while the system is still in the start-up phase. As a result, the customer benefits from optimum system configuration right from the start.
